Parcel tax exemption

School Districts may offer Special Assessment (SA) tax exemptions to eligible taxpayers. Click on your School District's website to learn about and apply for an exemption.

Exemptions may be offered if you are:

  • 65 years of age or older
  • receiving Supplemental Security Income for a disability, regardless of age
  • receiving Social Security Disabilities Insurance benefits, regardless of age, with a yearly income that does not exceed 250 percent of the 2012 federal poverty guidelines issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services
