Pay public assistance collections
Public Assistance Collections accepts payments for public assistance and welfare debts such as CalWORKs, CalFresh (Food Stamps), General Assistance, CAPI, Adoption Assistance, Foster Care, and IHSS Provider overpayments.
For phone payments, please contact your Collections Representative to obtain your account number.
Online payments
Seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Secure online payments can be made by credit or debit card at any time. Accepted cards are:
- Discover
- American Express
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Bank-issued debit card
There is no fee for using this method of payment. Use your monthly billing statement information for case number, last name, and first name to begin the online payment process.
Phone payments
Seven days a week, 24 hours a day. To pay by phone dial: 1-844-472-9772. Secure payments by phone can be made by credit card or debit card at any time. Accepted cards are:
- Discover
- American Express
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Bank-issued debit card
There is no fee for using this method of payment. What you'll need to pay by phone:
- Your account number (found on your monthly billing statement)
- Zip Code
Mail-in payments
Please do not mail cash. Make checks or money orders payable to the SCC DTAC. Include case number and debtor name. Mail payment to:
